Months before selling his previous home to a wealthy buyer from Singapore, the talented point guard of the Golden Warriors, Steph Curry, upgraded to a more luxurious property in Atherton, California.
Last year, the couple from Ohio, aged 34 and 33 respectively, purchased a lavish modern estate for $30 million. The wife is known for her work in television and entrepreneurship.
The stucco and glass building is in the shape of a U and boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It sits on almost two acres of flat land and is concealed behind walls and a gated driveway. The property is significantly bigger than the couple’s other Atherton residence, which measures 7,500 square feet.
The house has three floors and a spacious motorcourt. The entrance is grand and leads to a two-story atrium made of glass, complete with a chandelier and pocketing glass doors that lead to the backyard.
